For sale: Alpina Startimer. Swiss Made watch with automatic mechanical movement. Includes box and papers. The watch is in good overall condition. The case and bracelet are in pretty good shape, with only a few light scuffs. The crystal does have a couple of small scratches on the AR coating that are not easy to see unless in the right light. **The crown winds the watch just fine but DOES NOT SCREW DOWN.** The crown functions perfectly as far as hacking, hand winding, and setting the date and time -- it just doesn't screw down. Due to this and the AR, it's priced accordingly. With a little TLC, this Swiss watch could be good as new!
