Hello folks, today we've got one that I thought I'd never sell: my beloved Grand Seiko SBGA413 Shunbun AKA "Spring" or "Cherry Blossom". ​ [Full Album](https://imgur.com/a/TY0abON) [Timestamp](https://imgur.com/a/2riZcjb) ​ This piece was purchased at the Madison Avenue GS Boutique about 2 years ago, still has plenty of warranty left. Over the time I've had it I've loved wearing it, and it has picked up superficial wear marks, mostly on the bracelet and a few on the polished sides of the case. I have done my best to show the condition in pictures, but I'm happy to provide more on request. ​ I have recently been transitioning to smaller sized watches and thus this watch has been seeing less and less wrist time, and I hate to see it sit. So I have decided to bring it to you all. It comes with several premium straps including a black Artem sailcloth with deployant buckle, a red Veblenist calfskin strap and a Cascadia Strap Co mint green ostrich which is an absolute stunner on it. I will also include a Grand Seiko pen which I sourced myself. I have carried it and it has some signs of wear. ​ The spring drive movement is an absolute marvel, one of the true quantum leaps forward in horology that we have seen in recent history. It's truly hard to innovate at this level in a trade as ancient as watchmaking but I believe Grand Seiko have made an incredible achievement with this 9R65A movement. On par with the Coaxial escapement from Omega, it's hard to think of a moment in recent history where a watchmaker revolutionizes the mechanism of how a watch tells time. The smooth sweep of the seconds hand is completely hypnotizing, and the accuracy and fit and finish of Grand Seiko really set this watch apart. ​ And we haven't even mentioned the dial yet. I believe this is Grand Seiko's nicest dial ever made, which puts it in the running for nicest dials ever made \*in watchmaking\*. It is silvery in some light, a faint pink in others, but always captivating. I could write entire paragraphs about it but the internet has covered this at length already. I have only 6.25" wrists and it wears beautifully. It is incredibly light and wears like a dream. ​ I believe this is one of the best GADA watches out there.
