It has an Omega service results sheet but I can’t make our the date. The sapphire crystal is in perfect condition with no scratches or chips. The bezel is clean with just a few marks that can be seen at certain angles. The case and bracelet have light scratches. The clasp on the bracelet has been upgraded to a new quick adjustment clasp. The claps is missing a screw but this doesn’t hinder any performance. The original clasp is included as well. The movement is keeping near perfect time and everything functions correctly. The crown screws down properly.
