Up for sale is my Czapek Antarctique P.04 Lanikai, a Czapek x Collective Horology collaboration limited edition of 50 pieces. The star of the show is the hand-crafted enamel dial representing waves over Lanikai beach in Hawaii. Due to the true three-dimensional nature of the waves, they look like they’re moving based on how shadows are bouncing off the waves. Alternatively, I’ve had Del Ray Watch (i.e., Federico Talks Watches) authenticate watches for me on the buy-side prior to sending payment. If I cannot find it at time of shipment, I’ll include an after market replacement. Reason for selling (since you’ll ask): I’m not typically an integrated sports watch kind of guy, and this was my first foray into the segment. Though this is by far the best and most unique dial I’ve ever held, it may not be enough to compensate for the fact it does not suit my taste in watches. I think I prefer to put this money toward precious metal dress watches instead. Trades: Would only consider a Lange Cabaret or Moser Streamliner Salmon Dial (or a Chronograph) at this time.
