Marriage #2 is a union of a late 1970s Caravelle pocket watch movement, dial and hands, with a new stainless case and band.

What a super coupling this is! I know for sure since I actually officiated at the wedding, personally joining these two in matrimony. It is my opinion that this relationship is solid and complementary, and will last for a long time. The groom is a middle-aged, steady and reliable gentleman from Switzerland that has lived a sheltered, stress-free life in a drawer untill united with his fresh, shapely and competent modern mail-order bride from the orient. Joined as one, they are looking to embark on the adventure of their new life together!

Marriage #2 is a solid watch that is powered by a sturdy vintage Unitas 6498 handwound movement in good shape. The bridges on the back side are decorated with a hammered finish.
The dial and hands are in excellent condition. Gold minute track, black numerals.
The 45mm by 12mm stainless steel case is new, with a mineral crystal and a gasketed, threaded exhibition back. 22mm lugs. Manufacturer's water resistance rating of 100 meters is not tested, but all gaskets are seated well and greased. Should be fine in the rain or around a sink.
The band is an adjustable stainless mesh bracelet with a locking, fold-over clasp.

Despite the large diameter, this watch looks good on my 6 and 3/4 inch wrist. It is also easy to read without my glasses...
