Up for sale is a simply stunning Baume & Mercier Ultra Prima chronograph. The watch is in nearly NOS condition with an unpolished 38mm solid 18k rose gold case and Valjoux 22 movement that was fully serviced last year. The Ultra Prima branding was reserved for B&M’s highest grade chronographs with solid gold cases and Valjoux movements. See below for full info, and don’t hesitate to message with questions.

Dial: Original, non-refinished dial is in outstanding condition with no noticeable blemishes. The dial features rose gold markers and hour/minute/chrono hands to match the case and blued steel subdial hands. Ultra Prima text on the dial denotes the high grade solid gold case and Valjoux movement.

Case: Original, unpolished 38mm solid 18k rose gold case is in very nice condition with no significant wear. Original bevels on the lugs are still sharp and original brushing on the caseback is intact. Gold has developed some patina, another sign of just how little wear this watch has had.

Crown: Original unsigned rose gold crown.

Crystal: Crystal is free of scratches. Unclear if it’s the original given they weren’t originally signed.

Movement: Original Valjoux 22 movement was fully serviced in 2022 and runs, winds, and sets well.

Strap: Comes on the 20mm fixed lug strap pictured.
