Case: Very nice 35mm Yellow Gold screwback case that has previously been polished and has some wear from use.

Bezel/Insert: Very nice Yellow Gold bezel with some wear from use.

Dial: Very nice original champagne dial with stick markers and a sub seconds dial at 6 o'clock. There is a small smudge on the dial near the 6 o'clock.

Hands: Excellent original gold Patek hands.

Bracelet/Strap: Very nice black strap with Yellow Gold Patek Philippe tang.

Accessories/Extras: This watch comes with just the watch as shown in the photos.
