This watch is completely original and features the original 18k white gold Cartier deployant (see last photo), original burgundy Cartier crocodile strap (see last photo), original crystal, and original REAL sapphire crown. Manual wind movement winds freely and runs great. Platinum case is in exceptional condition with only minor light swirl marks on the polished bezel. Extremely fine 18k guilloche dial is in excellent condition.
