For sale is my Omega Seamaster 300. A truly beautiful example with the “Big Triangle” dial which refers to the 12’o’clock hour marker. This dial version was introduced in 1967, based on the serial number this watch is probably a 1969 production. This watch was serviced last year by Jack at International Watch Works, a well known vintage watch specialist. During resoration the flaking luminous material was removed and expertly restored with non-emission vintage pigments. The push/pill QS date operates exactly as it should. Caliber: 565 runs flawlessly Excellent bezel insert. All 3 ratcheting rubies are in place. New signed Omega crystal and crown gaskets. Regarding the inside case back, It has been overstamped with 165.024, this "overstamping" is not uncommon with this model when Omega used whatever case backs were in inventory at the time. The watch keeps excellent time, winds very smoothly, and functions as a watch that just received expert service. In IWW's opinion the watch is fully original except for the crystal which they replaced with OEM Year: approx 1969 Dial: Under a loupe, no spotting, very minial deterioration Case: there is wear that is commisserate with a watch that is 50+ years old (see pics) Hands: - Sword Hands - restored with dial perfectly Bracelet: Forstner Flat Link Bracelet Pre 2018 Seamaster, includes the push button clasp which is superb.
