Wonderfully charming vintage Omega Seamaster for sale or trade. This sparkle dial Day/Date Seamaster is in wonderful condition despite being 50 or so years old. I picked this up at the end of 2023. I was taken by the condition of the sparkle dial and crispness of the logo, hands, indices, and crystal, but what really takes the cake is the accompanying bracelet. When I’ve searched for these in the past, finding one in good condition WITH the matching bracelet is pretty rare. You could say this one here is a bit of a unicorn. The watch wears like a 36mm Datejust and the bracelet is reminiscent of the newest Moonwatch bracelet with its five-link design. While it was a sport watch in its day, it can easily double as a modern dress piece. In fact, I paired it with an alligator strap while it accompanied me to a wedding in Italy last month. I’ve included the wrist shot pre wedding in the photos. The pic even made it onto the latest episode of Watches Tonight with Tim Mosso, hehe. Don’t truly want to let it go but had my eye on a Ball Engineer Marvelight or maybe a vintage Omega “Hummer” and the house rules dictated I can’t keep ‘em all.
