SADLY letting go of this champion to fund a grail (that I may or may not have already acquired). This is a really cool chronograph that reminds you that a Speedmaster is more than a “moon watch”. The striated blue dial is very light reactive and the black textured subdials give this watch a very sporty look. I like being able to see the date on my wrist, but I also dislike an asymmetrical, oafish execution of the date complication. This date is very nicely integrated into the overall design, and sits symmetrically opposite of the completely non-phallic 12 o’clock marker. Everything works as you’d expect. Pushers are crisp, chrono works and snaps back nicely. Comes with full set: Inner and outer box, signed warranty card, pictograms, receipt from original purchase and an OEM rubber speedystrap.
