# Rolex 6222 / 6223 Video: [https://imgur.com/a/eNFpgLf](https://imgur.com/a/eNFpgLf) Up for sale is this fantastic vintage Rolex Oyster Precision from the mid-1950s, a very rare references 6222 / 6223. This features the classic Rolex Oyster case in 34mm, with wide-set 19mm lugs that give it a nice presence on the wrist even with the case size. Engraving between the lugs is too faded to get a picture of but he case is in very nice condition, with brushing still intact on the lugs. The watch dates to very early in 1954 based on the 34,xxx movement serial and 11.53 (November 1953) caseback engraving. In addition to the excellent cosmetic condition, the cal. 710 manual wind movement is running amazingly well with high amplitude, 0 beat error, and very low rate. It was recently serviced by a dealer before I purchased.
