CASE: the 34.5mm steel case is in very good condition; the caseback especially has no marks. I don't believe the watch to have been polished, but I am only 46, so the watch predates me by 22 years. The crystal was just replaced with an Omega crystal with interior cyclops, and the crown is the presumably original clover-leaf crown. The watch comes on an Omega jubilee bracelet: I know nothing about it, and have seen one other in the past. The clasp is pictured, and dated (I believe) 4 82, so: not correct to the watch, and a later addition. The end links are unmarked, and I presume generic. I don't think the bracelet in-and-of-itself necessarily increases the value, but it does look very good and works well.

DIAL+HANDS: pretty stunning, imo. There are two very small marks on the dial—at the 29 minute mark, and just to the left of the date window—but I didn't even notice them for quite awhile. Given the age and overall condition, they don't seem huge flaws to me. The lume on the dial and hands match, and both don't glow at all, only coming to weak life with a UV light shone on them.

MVMT: The cal 503 (15M serial) looks in very good cosmetic shape, and currently runs well. The caseback gasket was replaced—the original lead one had fallen apart. Obviously a service is recommended for regular wear.

Price: $1200 OBO (I could be woefully wrong about the market, and overpricing it--feel free to let me know, though comps for gold-hardware 1956 Seamasters are hard to come by).
