It is elegant but not too dressy, super clean and legible. This is the updated model ca. 2021 with an in-house column wheel movement, visible from the sapphire caseback. The watch keeps good time and the chronograph works like a dream with great snappy start, stop, and reset action on the pushers. There are some dings and scratches on the case, visible in the photos. There is also a small shallow scratch on the AR coating of the crystal between 1 and 2 o'clock. You can't really see it on the photos but the video shows it accurately. The genuine alligator strap is fantastic. It's made for IWC by Santoni, and it's one of the finest straps I've ever seen. Beautiful dark blue color without being too flashy, extremely supple and comfortable with light padding. It was barely worn and has years of life left.
