I have smaller wrists (about 6 3/4 inches) and for its size, it wears surprisingly well.  Condition: Overall fair-good condition. A lot of hairline scratches. Some minor dings/marks on the bezel. This watch has definitely been used but still looks good. New battery replaced by watchmaker. All functions tested. Keeps good time. Photos taken under harsh lighting to show all imperfections.  Watch only. On its largest micro-adjustment setting, it fits loose on my 6 3/4 inch wrist. I would GUESSTIMATE that this will fit up to a 7 inch wrist.
