Hey r/watchexchange, New 36mm Seiko 5 field watch for your consideration, a JDM model number SBSA199 -- or SRPJ83 when it makes it Stateside. * The big thing about this model compared to other Seiko field watches is the classic 36mm case size. The thickness is 12mm and it's 44mm lug to lug. Despite the smaller diameter, it's all dial, so it wears a bit more like a 38mm. * This model sports a textured sandy-colored dial with day-date (Kanji/English), raised reflective Arabic numerals and lumed hour markers and hands. Covered by a domed Hardlex crystal. * Lug width is 18mm and it comes with the stock Seiko NATO strap. * The movement is the basic 4R36 automatic movement with handwinding and hacking. 41 hour power reserve. * Case is a brushed and it features a see-through caseback.
