Incredibly detailed craftsmanship, and what a great piece of history! Or is it a fantastic wrist watch conversion candidate?? Circa 1900. Swiss made pocketwatch. Sterling silver cased with all the hallmarks. Deep engraving with red and blue red cross enamel inlay. Super rare three hands! Yep, it has the seconds sweep hand for scientists, nurses, and doctors of the time. Notice also how the Roman Numerals turn inwards as they go around the dial.
