Hello r/watchexchange, Up for sale today is an early-1980s Heuer 2000, reference 966.006. This is the “gentleman’s” size presented in black PVD case and bracelet with gold-plated bezel and crown. Water resistance is rated at 200m, but as with any vintage watch, I’d avoid submersion unless you get it personally pressure tested. The PVD is very good for the age, with only a few notable wear spots on the bracelet and 11:00 lug. The quartz movement works as it should, keeping good time and adjusting properly. The crown is not screw-down, but it locks (not rotating) when pressed into the case. Sale includes the watch mounted on original bracelet and one additional bracelet link. The watch is currently sized for my 6.75” wrist, but it can be fitted to approximately 5.5-7”. Price is $300 to your door, paid via PayPal or Venmo.
