Good afternoon, Today I am offering up My Kurono Tokyo Calendrier and Tudor Black Bay 925 Individually or as a package deal. I am selling because I have ADHD and am overwhelmed by the compulsion to buy back a watch (for more than I sold it for) from a fellow redditor. Kurono Calendrier: Purchased through Kurono Tokyo late last year, I was one of the lucky folks to get my order in and nab myself the first edition of the Calendrier Type I. Like the watch itself the below details are fresh straight from Hajime Asaoka's Bunkyo Tokyo website: Dial The Kurono Calendrier 'Type I's dial enhances the "beauty of symmetry" that is a component of the Art Deco style. The cylinder dial is designed to curve from the center to the outer edge of the dial, and two dial layers are pressed together to create a three-dimensional effect. The numerals themselves are also purposefully printed in a raised format. Hands The combination of high-polish leaf hands for the hour and minute hands with modern hands is a typical Kurono design. The hour and minute hands are curved at both ends, and are paired with a counterweighted second hand that is very thin. The tips of the second and minute hands are bent by hand. Case The case is made of forged 316L stainless steel. It is newly designed to fit the coin-edged bezel, but keeps the iconic Kurono case DNA. The case sides are mirror-finished. The mirror finish is free from distortion, so much so that exterior reflections are beautifully portrayed. Also, when viewed from the side, the mirror finish and the coin-edge bezel can be seen to stand out in their respective finishes. Water resistance has been increased to 5 ATM. The case-back is finished with a circular lettering design, as seen on vintage watches. Sapphire crystal The scratch-resistant box sapphire crystal is raised like the acrylic glass of a vintage watch. Designed for the Calendrier 'Type I', its shape is 0.15 mm higher than that of an ordinary sapphire box crystal. \*Also worth noting is that Kurono has polished the curves of the crystal, a feature typically only seen on watches you and I likely can't afford. Neat.\* Movement made in Japan Miyota 9122 - a Japan-made movement - is used. It is a rare movement with "center seconds and full calendar," which is uncommon in current Swiss-made mass-produced ebauches. Leveraging a Japanese movement allows for the Kurono Calendrier 'Type I' to be fully Japan made. Condition and Scope: 9.5/10 The watch was worn lovingly and is in good condition with the caseback sticker still in tact and no scratches or blemishes to the high polish case or crystal. The strap has some light wear on the two smallest adjustment holes where I would typically wear it on my exceedingly delicate and feminine wrist. there is however no cracking or damage to the strap itself. The watch is in very good condition. It is a full kit... barring the outer black Kurono box which I do not have anymore. Included with the sale - though not pictured (though I am happy to at your request) is the polishing cloth, slide box and white outer sleeve, as well as mysterious still sealed envelope which you can look forward to opening. Price: Sale 2,000 USD; Trade 2,250 USD ​ Tudor BB 58 925 Love this watch, the Taupe dial is done in Tudor's tasteful desaturated pallet of colours they seem to use exclusively on their black bay models. It boasts a manufacture movement and is operating well within COSC standards and is keeping time reliably. "\[T\]he Black Bay Fifty-Eight 925 is 39mm wide, 47mm lug to lug, and 12.7mm thick. Those Fifty-Eight heads among us will note, correctly, that the steel versions are 11.9mm thick. The 925’s extra thickness comes from its other uncommon design element, a sapphire display case back." - stolen from the '*dink.* The warranty on this guy is good the *8-08-2026* and as you may be able to tell this watch is the leather strap variant. It is in good condition and though there is some indications of tarnishing of the silver present I have opted not to treat it to preserve the piece in its original and ...*unmolested* condition.
