Good afternoon, WatchEx! I have for you today a Christopher Ward Limited Edition ‘Highlander’ C63. This specific piece is #38/69. Quick Specs: - Stainless Steel Case - 39mm Case (with see through case back adorned with Scottish flag) - 20mm Lug Width - 10.7mm thick (with crystal) - Anti-Magnetic to 4,800A/m - 150m Water Resistance w/screw-down crown - Sapphire Crystal - Full kit with all booklets/card(s) This is in excellent overall condition, with some very light hairlines around the high-polished areas. No scuffs or deep marks. The pictures are meant to show off any flaws, but overall it looks incredible. I'm asking for a loosely negotiable $809. Price is shipped/insured within the US (UPS 3-Day), international shipping available at buyer's expense (typically not more than $50.) Zelle preferred, PP F&F/Venmo also accepted. Christopher Ward was founded by Chris Ward, Mike France and Peter Ellis on a boat on the river Thames in 2004.

In 2005, Christopher Ward released their first watch which created a whole new model for the watchmaking industry. When influential watch bloggers wrote about their watches on TimeZone, Christopher Ward were being discussed more than Rolex in December 2005.

For the company’s 10th anniversary in 2014, it merged with Swiss manufacturing partners Synergies Horlogères SA to create Christopher Ward London Holdings Ltd. This culminated in the launch of Christopher Ward’s first in-house movement, Calibre SH21, in July 2014. Conceived and designed over the past four years by Christopher Ward’s watchmaker, Johannes Jahnke, the SH21 is entirely Swiss-made by some craftsmen. This release is said to be “probably the most important development by a British watch brand in the past 50 years.”

Christopher Ward London was the only watch company to rank in The Sunday Times SME Export Track 100, ranking 77th in 2015.
