ABOUT THIS WATCH: MANUFACTURER: Rolex MODEL: Datejust REFERENCE: 16014 YEAR: 1983 SERIAL: 75xxxxx CASE: The 36mm stainless steel case is in good shape. It presents with even wear throughout commensurate with its age. The white gold fluted bezel is also in good shape. All four lugs still appear to have retained the brushed finish on the anterior portion.  The watch is completed by its original screw down crown and case back.  DIAL: The original silver linen dial is in fantastic shape. The dial appears to be free from any visible staining, blemishes or otherwise imperfections. The tritium lume on the dial has aged to a beautiful pumpkin patina and matches the original baton hands perfectly.  I absolutely love when vintage watches age this way. The patina gives the watch so much warmth. I have included a picture of the head on a strap that I believe accentuates the warmth of the patina just to give the future buyer an idea of how you can also play around with straps.  MOVEMENT: The upgraded automatic caliber 3035. with quick set date function. The watch winds, sets, runs and keeps good time. Service history is unknown.  BRACELET: Original jubilee bracelet with correct 555 end links and clasp code F corresponding to the year 1981. The bracelet presents with moderate stretch as evidenced by the pictures. The stretch does not detract from the watches appearance however does add to the comfortability during wear. 21 links, 5 screws.  ACCESSORIES: None.
