Hi WatchExchange, Up for sale is a Seiko automatic diver 6105-8119 “Willard” from 1971. Photos: https://imgur.com/a/HTfixsR Time stamp: https://imgur.com/a/8VOLAmV This is a slightly uncommon, early variant of the 6105-8119 with 2 features: long second hand and horseshoe style caseback. The watch is fully serviced in 2021 with full movement overhaul and all gaskets replaced including the crown gasket which is a task that not a lot of watchmaker can perform. Chapter ring and bezel indexes are perfectly align. (Unlike many other examples out there, it’s a known issue with Seiko for many many years.) Bezel is in good condition and clicks and rotate with no problem. Lume on the dial are original, hands (minus the red dot at the second hand, which is original) are relume by Guy of Rexworthy watch services, he’s also the person who serviced the watch. One of the best there is in servicing vintage Seiko. Crystal is a type-2 replacement crystal produced by Klein watches. Watch case has some signs of wear and tear through the years but in good condition. Happy to provide more detailed photos if needed. Case size is 44mm. Running strong and keeping good time.
