This XL reference, houses an automatic movement with date, the only modern Tank size offered with an automatic movement. The Cartier Tank line was originally introduced in the early 1900s, and was said to have drawn inspiration from the tracks of tanks from WWI. The Tank Solo was launched in the 2000s, and is now discontinued.
