For sale is my beloved Halios Laguna. This is the sought-after version with the date below at 6. The watch comes with the original bracelet and all links, the OEM water box and the warranty card. The Laguna has been praised endlessly on the various watch review sites and watch forums, so I won't go into much detail here. Just Google "Halios Laguna review". It's a compressor-style watch with date complication. The case width is 43mm. It's rated for 300M depth and has a sapphire crystal. The lume is very bright and the sword hands provide perfect legibility in and out of the water. Also important to me is that the seconds hand is very legible too, as I use this for timing underwater. One thing I appreciate about this watch is that the upper crown, which rotates the inner timing bezel, is NOT screw down. It is, however, stiff enough that it definitely won't move unless you want it to. I prefer this because I can adjust on the fly, in the water or just before entering without having to unscrew and rescrew the crown (and worrying about water getting into the case when the crown is open). This is just my personal preference, but I know I'm not the only one who likes it this way. For me, it is just additional evidence that the folks at Halios know how to use a tool watch and spend plenty of time in the water. This is a gorgeous watch and I've lived many adventures with it. That said, it's in very good shape. There is a scratch on the clasp from a cable guide wire when I was climbing and free diving at the Ponta de São Lourenço, on the island of Madeira. I'm no fan of scratches on my watches, but of all the ways to do it, this one always brings a smile to my face as I remember that afternoon. This watch has spent lots of time in the water and has lived up to its reputation 100%. I'm sad to see it go and only hope that it will go to someone who will use it as I have, the way it was designed to be used, in the water. Haven't timed it but the watch winds and runs smoothly with a beautiful second-hand sweep. The date changes over as it should around midnight. If you're looking for this version of Laguna, you know it's not easy to find. There are none for sale currently on eBay or the watch forums. Given the watch's relative scarcity and that it comes with the full package, I'm listing this one for $650 shipped USPS to CONUS. I think that's a fair price, given the market.
