Up for sale is this hidden gem: an IWC 3256-01! This reference is was produced by IWC for a short period in the mid-2000s and remains the smallest iteration of the brand’s iconic Pilot’s Watch family. Dimensions/Specs: With a 34mm diameter, 41mm lug span, 10mm thickness, and 16mm lug width, this “little pilot” is essentially a downsized version of the IWC Mark XVI.  Yet despite its smaller dimensions, the 3256 still maintains the same specs as its bigger brother: -powered by the automatic IWC caliber 30110 -soft iron inner cage for improved magnetic resistance -double-domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating -60 meters of water resistance Condition: The watch is in worn, but unpolished condition. The case is extremely sharp and maintains all of its original factory finishing. However, there are signs of wear throughout, the most notable of which being the few nicks on the non-crown side of the case. I purchased the watch as is (scratches and all!) around this time last year, and wore it sparingly in rotation with my other watches. Scope: It comes with its original warranty card, service manual, branded microfiber cloth, and alligator leather strap (with branded buckle). I will also include the aftermarket perlon strap that I exclusively wore the watch on over the last year.
