Up for sale is my mint Seiko SRP637 Baby Tuna. I absolutely love this watch but like many of us I just have too many watches and it doesn't get any wrist time. The bracelet is unworn/unsized and still has the plastic on it. And fun fact, it's the same bracelet that comes on the popular Monsters. This watch was purchased new and has lived it's life in my safe, coming out each month with my other mechanicals to stretch it's legs, get wound, and stay healthy. It's a hefty, rugged tool watch with a stainless steel shroud but it's also classy and refined. This model has been discontinued and good examples are getting harder and harder to source. So if you've been waiting for one to come up in excellent condition then now's your chance. Just popped this on my timegrapher and everything looks good, running about -3 to -5 seconds. I've been a a WUS member for 11 years and have excellent feedback from deals here, looking for $400 and I'll cover the shipping. PayPal in the CONUS please. Specs below:

The company was founded in 1881, when Kintarō Hattori opened a watch and jewelry shop called "K. Hattori" (服部時計店 Hattori Tokeiten?) in the Ginza area of Tokyo, Japan. Eleven years later, in 1892, he began to produce clocks under the name Seikosha (精工舎 Seikōsha?), meaning roughly "House of Exquisite Workmanship". According to Seiko's official company history, titled "A Journey In Time: The Remarkable Story of Seiko" (2003), Seiko is a Japanese word meaning "exquisite" or "success" ("exquisite" is usually written 精巧 from Chinese jīngqiǎo, while the meaning "success" is usually written 成功 from Chinese chénggōng).

Seiko is perhaps best known for its wristwatches, all of which were at one time produced entirely in-house. This includes not only major items such as microgears, motors, hands, crystal oscillators, batteries, sensors, LCDs but also minor items such as the oils used in lubricating the watches and the luminous compounds used on the hands and the dials.
