Up for sale is a spectacular Seiko Dolce 5931-5550 from April of 1982, the watch features a hardened ceramic case (Case material code GHA) made of Titanium Nitride with a surface hardness of 1200Hv making it virtually scratch proof. The case has sharp facets which are very dynamic in their ability to play with incident lighting. The dial has a lovely "frosted" pattern and beautiful applied indices. The seconds hand features a capped pinion which is seen on higher end quartz watches. The watch measures approximately 26mm wide with a 38mm lug to lug length (allow for slight error in measurements due to the lack of calipers) and has an 18mm lug width. The watch is pictured on an approximately 6.4" wrist in the attached photographs. The sapphire crystal and the case are virtually scratch proof, and the dial is in excellent condition free from marks, dust or imperfections. The watch comes supplied on an aftermarket brown 18mm leather strap. The watch is priced at $169 shipped via UPS and paid via Zelle/Wise.
