Grab this before the big Halloween parties! Up for sale today is one of those "iykyk" watches, made by Louis Erard in collaboration with the maestro Konstantin Chaykin. In the spring, the watch was sold out within minutes (actually crashing the website) and received industry-wide attention. There was a very limited restock earlier this month and I was lucky to have the opportunity to purchase the watch. I bought my grail yesterday (26715st!), so I need to free up some funds. I'm much more of a collector than a dealer, so I'm selling this piece for below how much I had to pay for retail + taxes + duties. It was a lot of hassle getting the watch imported into the US (no thanks to the toad leather...), so I did all the hard work for you ;) The pair from the first collaboration recently was sold at auction for CHF 20k, but obviously, I'd go a lot lower. I'm selling this piece (BNIB and packaged in a really nice felt pouch) at **5,150** USD plus shipping to CONUS or via meetup in NYC/Boston/Vegas, which is well below comps on c24 and ebay (9k plus). I'm happy to negotiate this and maybe do a combo deal, though there might not be too much room. I'm also happy to consider interesting trades.
