Up for sale is 2000 Rolex Explorer II 16570 with a polar white dial. The papers show an original sale in October of 2000. Please note that on the photos I have purposefully blacked out the serial number. I looked high and low for this model with the solid end links and holes in the lugs in this condition. This watch was polished at some point in time but it was done by a professional and was very light. I actually had this watched looked at by my local Rolex AD and the watch maker even commented on how nice and sharp the case still is. That is rare, trust me. I have kissed a lot of frogs. I recently purchased this from Than at Takuya watches after giving up on my waitlist position with my local AD. Well, several weeks later the AD called and said my polar 226570 was in. So, this one is for sale but I would keep it if financially I was able to own both. They are both great, but very different watches.
