For sale is my Seiko 6105-8110 dive watch. Serial dates it to August 1976. All original, serviced by Jack Alexyon/IWW several years ago and re-sealed and inspected by Jack (including the crown seal) summer 2023. The signed original crown is fully functional and locks as intended. The watch runs strong and perfectly. The date flips when it should. I have been swimming with this watch though YMMV. Case is untouched and, as you can see from the photos, in excellent condition. Crystal has a very small scratch around the 2pm area, which I struggle to see myself.

Comes with 2 Uncle Seiko rubber straps. $1400 shipped USPS priority insured and tracked to verified PayPal users in CONUS, and WUS members with active histories. Would happily meet up face to face in Brooklyn or. lower Manhattan for a cash transaction. Not interested in trades at this time, as I'm selling to generate cash for a different watch. The company was founded in 1881, when Kintarō Hattori opened a watch and jewelry shop called "K. Hattori" (服部時計店 Hattori Tokeiten?) in the Ginza area of Tokyo, Japan. Eleven years later, in 1892, he began to produce clocks under the name Seikosha (精工舎 Seikōsha?), meaning roughly "House of Exquisite Workmanship". According to Seiko's official company history, titled "A Journey In Time: The Remarkable Story of Seiko" (2003), Seiko is a Japanese word meaning "exquisite" or "success" ("exquisite" is usually written 精巧 from Chinese jīngqiǎo, while the meaning "success" is usually written 成功 from Chinese chénggōng).

Seiko is perhaps best known for its wristwatches, all of which were at one time produced entirely in-house. This includes not only major items such as microgears, motors, hands, crystal oscillators, batteries, sensors, LCDs but also minor items such as the oils used in lubricating the watches and the luminous compounds used on the hands and the dials.
