Hi Everyone, this is my Mido Ocean Star Datoday I'm selling. ​ This is a really neat vintage watch. The dial, indices, and lume plots on the chapter ring all really play with the light beautifully. ​ The case shows signs of wear with some scratches and dings that are consistent with use. I believe the case has been polished at some point in its life, but I have not polished the case since it's been in my possession. The hands have aged nicely and have also remained untouched since I've had the watch. The dial has some minor wear that can be seen in pictures. ​ The crystal is original, but I have used polywatch to remove smaller scratches. Only some deeper defects remain. The crystal is signed "Mido" in the center. Please see the pictures for a more accurate visual description of the watch. ​ Despite being a waterproof case style, and the cork gasket being intact, I would exercise caution when around water. ​ A brand new 18mm Hirsch tan strap has been put on the watch. The strap will accommodate approximately a 7" to 8.5" wrist. ​ The automatic movement has been serviced and is running well. Pictures of various stages of service are included as proof.
