Afternoon everyone! Looking to downsize the collection and make room for some incoming watches. Everything posted is from my personal collection and I do this as a hobby, not as a dealer. Today I'm looking at finding a new home for my 1969 Certina 288. Despite being from the 60s, this watch exudes 70s design principles with it’s unique TV case design. A really unique model which is in nice, honest, original condition. **Photos:** [https://imgur.com/a/dnq6cl7](https://imgur.com/a/dnq6cl7) **Case:** Case reference 5901800, 38mm w/o crown, 39mm lug to lug and with 19mm lugs. Watch is unpolished with the unique brushing on the sides and the crisp bezel. Crown is signed and crystal is importantly crack free as replacing would be a challenge. **Movement & Dial:** Cal. 25-682 inhouse automatic movement is keeping extremely good time considering unserviced condition. Timegrapher photo attached, your results may vary. Watch winds and sets, date switches over at 12 but no quickset on this model. Tritium hands have developed a beautiful, even patina, and the blue sunburst dial truly shines in the sun. **Bracelet:** Comes on a blue 18mm nato. Watch and myself are located in Toronto, Canada. Looking to get $290 USD + shipping for this watch. Feel free to leave a comment or send me a message if you have any questions! You can also message me on instagram @ timewithras. I’ve just cracked 50 transactions on here after being inactive for a while so feel free to peruse my past feedback on r/watchexchangefeedback or messaging for other references.
