Hello Watchexchange, Today I have an affordable vintage Premira skin diver watch. A lesser-known brand that was primarily sold in Europe, it has a mechanical, hand-wound movement that is keeping excellent time. The Case measures around 37mm, has a rotating bezel and date complication, and is a manual wind watch. The watch does have some wear, consistent with its age. I dont have a tool to open the case back but it's likely a Swiss or German 17 jewel movement inside. I have it paired with a mustard yellow nato strap that captures the era from when this watch was originally produced. I put it on my timegrapher and it has an amplitude over 300 degrees, meaning it may have been serviced recently.
