No trades, thank you.
The Scoop
Up for sale is a gorgeous, stainless steel, cushion-case Accutron Spaceview from 1969 (see “M9” on the case-back). An electronic circuit, powered by a battery, keeps the tuning fork vibrating, and the fork drives the gear train. The time is set by rotating a small ring, partially set in the case-back, which swings out from the back of the watch. The watch was recently serviced in early December 2023. This piece contains all of its original components and is in impeccable condition for its age. Purchased in January 2024 from Collector’s Corner New York, I’m letting it go as I continue to trim down my collection.
Notable Specs:
Case Dimensions: 38 x 41.5 x 12.7 mm
Lug width: 18 mm
Movement: 214T tuning fork
Accuracy: 1 minute/month
Crystal: Hesalite
What You Get
Your choice of bracelet (Staib grooved or Nomos satin) and one Colareb, leather option (dirty grey or saddle brown) and the watch. The watch comes in a small, padded, hard shell case.
Payment & Shipping
Payment options include Zelle (preferred), Venmo, bank wire, or PayPal G&S + 3.5% (Friends & Family not accepted). Ships via insured, USPS Priority Mail with required signature in the CONUS (included in the asking price). I would be willing to discuss international shipping options from the United States and happy to answer any questions about the watch. Feel free to check out my WUS feedback!
Cheers,
SB
