This is Seiko (and Japan's) first true hi-beat movement, twice the typical speed of a contemporary 18,000 bph movement. This reference was manufactured in April 1971 and features a solid gold-plated (SGP) 35mm case with 19mm lugs. Running well with good amplitude. Winds easily. Dial and hands are in great shape. Scratches and wear on the crystal and bezel. A very nice watch with a little external patina. Comes with a 14k gold expandable bracelet that is appropriate for the watch's vintage aesthetic, but these look great on modern leather or suede straps. 19mm lug width. Add 4% for G&S.   **Seiko Goldfeather J15002E 14k GF** **$245** I love my Goldfeather but it’s time to let it go. The original dial and hands are in great shape. Caseback has faint scratches.
