LOVES ME a two line no date Sub, but throw in an incredible tritium dial and you really get a magic combo! That’s exactly what we have here - birth year alert - don’t see the early 14060s as often (first released in 1988) especially aged to perfection like this. Hitting the neo vintage nail on the head, you get gorgeous lume color but with upgrades over its predecessor the 5513, like sapphire crystal, for daily wear ease! REF: 14060 DATE: 1991 DIAL: Beautiful tritium dial! The hour markers have aged to a sweet golden color (light pumpkin? Coffee with just a bit o’ cream?) a few shades darker than the hands and the bezel pip, which is common, but all original, sparking up the same under UV. Up close a few of the markers have small areas of wear, again common, but looks fantastic, including that original bezel insert! CASE: 40mm case is super clean and SHARP with beautiful chamfers! Very light wear mostly seen on the sides, but all in an awesome example. CRYSTAL: Sapphire crystal looks perfect, showing off that gorgeous dial. MOVEMENT: Just regulated by my watchmaker, with all gaskets replaced. Running incredibly well, timegrapher showing 4 seconds per day with an amplitude of 336! BRACELET: Comes on it’s original date code stamped 93150 Rolex oyster bracelet with original 501B endlinks. 11 links total, so will fit up to app 7.5 inches.
