The 6M13-0010 was released in 1991 to commemorate the 500th Anniversary of Christopher Columbus “discovering” the Americas. It comes equipped with a unique globe dial and a Santa Maria caseback. At first glance you might feel a bit overwhelmed by the dial crowded with hands, but rest assured, it’s actually a very easy to understand watch. The blue side of each hand points to the time, when “TIME” is selected on the six o’clock subdial. The gold side of the hands point to the days, months, and years when “CALENDAR” is selected. **Features:** **- Video:** [Click here to a video as the hands do pretty funky things.](https://www.instagram.com/p/C-C5wS9IDrt/) ***- Perpetual Calendar****.* The perpetual calendar displays Day, Date, Month, and the full four-digit year (in case you forget which century you’re in). It accounts for leap years and remains accurate until 2400. It also has a calendar search option - you can input the year, month and date and it will give you the day of the week, for example. Is this feature crucial? Perhaps not, but it certainly adds a unique charm. Because the watch can track dates from 1400 to 2400, the calculations actually switch from the Julian Calendar to the Gregorian Calendar in 1582! ***- Dual Alarms****.* For its final trick, it has both a daily and fixed date alarm, allowing you to set both an alarm to wake you up each day, as well as a separate alarm for 14:00 next Tuesday so you don’t forget that work meeting. ***- Dancing Hands****.* If you haven't watched the video, I urge you to watch it now. The hands cannot be described and need to be witnessed in video form. **Condition**: It’s just been serviced and had a new battery installed. The crystal is perfect. The gold case is in very good condition - all abrasions are surface level and minor. None of the plating has been worn away. The case back is marked, but the stamped Santa Maria is still clearly visible.  The leather strap is totally original but shows sign of wear (it is still completely functional though).  **Scope**: No papers or box **Movement**: Quartz 6M13 **Dimensions:** * Lug to Lug: 43.3mm * Case Width: 39.0mm * Case Thickness: 10.5mm * Strap Width: 18.0mm **Price**: Offered at **$925**, plus shipping (costs $5-$30 depending on where you are in the world). Bank Wire, Wise, Paypal, or Shopify. Fees paid by you. Not accepting trades. [Album](https://imgur.com/a/5xDIFHG) [Timestamp](https://imgur.com/a/wVeTmBa)
