It still retains protective stickers on the clasp. It includes boxes, manuals, polishing cloth, an additional IWC strap and papers dated April 27th, 2022.  The IWC Schaffhausen Pilot Top Gun Edition “Lake Tahoe” (IW389105) features a 44.5mm white ceramic case with a matching bezel. It showcases a black dial with luminous hands, Arabic numerals, three subdials for chronograph purposes, and a day-date window at 3 o'clock, improving its overall design and functions.
