Howdy watchfam! Up for grabs today is my Monta Skyquest V1 automatic swiss GMT. This is the updated V1.5 with their micro adjust "glidelock" clasp which is AMAZING, it genuinely is the best bracelet in the world that doesn't have a crown logo on it. The crisp snap of the ceramic balls in the beautiful clasp and the articulation of the bracelet is incredibly satisfying and comfortable. Powering this swiss GMT is the 'M-23,' as Monta calls all their outsourced GMT movements in this generation Skyquest. Mine is a rare (in Monta land) ETA equipped 2893, most Skyquests of any generation have the Sellita version of the same GMTs but this is one of the few ETA Skyquests. I have much more faith in ETA movements (no offense Sellita friends!) so this is worth mentioning. This watch is the perfect size and insanely thin for an auto, 300M GMT, it is easily one of the most comfortable watches in my collection! Overall keeps amazing time, the GMT hand aligns perfectly (sometimes an issue on these) and the watch is in great shape. The bracelet does have desk diving scratches on the lower portions close to the clasp and clasp itself, I'd say the bracelet is in good condition (tried to photo the scratches but they are kinda hard to see most of the time). The watch head is a few microscratches on the polished sides but is overall in excellent condition, the pictures don't do it justice! The box and goodies of this generation Monta is truly awesome, absolutely one of the most premium unboxing experiences on the south side of $10k.
