The ref. 16233 was among the first five-digit offerings within the Datejust family, and importantly one of the first to also use a sapphire crystal. It also featured the jumping date and the newly updated Cal. 3135 movement. The black tapestry dial is one of the most striking combinations when paired with the 18K Yellow Gold/Steel Case. This particular ref. 16233 is in excellent pre-owned condition, meaning there are very little to no signs of wear. The watch is running excellent and the dial and hands are in excellent condition.
