Time to sell as it does not get any wristtime, my preference has changed to the AML with long hour markers versions.

This Racing dial Speedmaster was created by placing a complete calibre 861 movement with the Racing dial and hands from a Mark II Speedmaster in a 145.022 – 69/74 Professional style case.



The dial still has bright orange and red colours and full Tritium lume on the markers, please see the UV picture. Which is more charming then a Japan Luminova version i think. The caseback is a NON NASA to stay with the racing theme. I added the worn and faded bezel on purpose for an aged look, including that small dent at 1.30, but if you prefer a newer one it is an easy change.


Cal 861 with movement nr 4482xxx dates to Aug 1980 and i had this serviced by a certified Omega watchmaker in August 2024 ( see pictures ) so all functions are 100% with good PR and tested for 3 ATM WR. All new original Omega crown, pushers and crystal were fitted by my Omega watchmaker. The chronograph sweep hand is a Luminova drop-end one which style i prefer, It is a little of to the right in zero position so don`t go OCD over that. The straight orange hand is included in case you prefer that one.



The case is in good condition, with small/light marks of use and the brushing and polished lines ( the left side has a slightly thinner section in the middel so polished somewhere in its life ) are still intact. The bracelet is an 1125 / 633 end links and fits my 18 cm wrist with 2 spare holes in the clasp. The Red & Brown vintage box and outer box, a blank warranty booklet and a You and Your Omega booklet as pictured are included.
