Selling my 'safe queen' Longines Type A-7 1935 Avigation Automatic Chronograph with the Rare, Offset White Porcelain Dial. I am the original owner and I purchased this very hard to get (even back in 2016) Longines chronograph modeled after a Longines Pilot's chronograph with the same dial layout and with the same single button chronograph mechanism from 1935. It is a very faithful reproduction of that UBER rare chronograph. It has mainly sat in my safe since I purchased it and I have worn it less than a couple dozen times. Watch is MINT and will come with EVERYTHING that came with the watch from new - both boxes, warranty card from USA Longines AD, hang tag, stylus for the date setting mechanism and the original factory tang buckle. I also purchased the factory Longines deployant buckle that is currently on the factory black alligator strap. This is a tough to find watch - especially in this condition! This is the model L28124232 with the Caliber L788.2 column wheel automatic 27 jewel movement that has a 54 hour power reserve beating at 28,800 vph. The watch is currently running very well and keeping excellent time. For full disclosure, the chronograph button is 'sticky' - meaning that it does not 'pop right back up' after engaging the chronograph. It take about 5 seconds to pop back up. The chronograph works without issues and resets to '0'. I don't know if the 'sticky' chronograph pusher is a result of sitting in my safe all these years without much engagement - it may work itself loose? I am therefore pricing it at a very fair $3,795 plus actual shipping (the box is HUGE and weighs 5lbs!) via Zelle or Wire. PM with any questions and I will respond promptly.
